Arrive to Chiang Mai, cultural heart of Northern Thailand, located in the rolling foothills of the Himalayas on day 1. Free at leisure and Hot Air Balloon Flight on day 2. Departure to visit an elephant camp and the mythological Naga (dragon-headed serpent) staircase, with 290 steps leading up to the temple grounds. Continue to visit a farm of orchids. You’ll find thousands varieties of beautiful and fragile flowers that grow here peacefully.
DAY 1: Chiangmai/ Arrival (B/../-)
Arrive in Chiang Mai, cultural heart of Northern Thailand, located in the rolling foothills of the Himalayas. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Then tour of the most interesting temples in Chiang Mai. Begin at Wat Suan Dok, where the remains of the Chiang Mai Royal family are enshrined. Continue to Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, Northern Thailand’s most sacred temple, containing a holy relic of Lord Buddha. Equally impressive is the mythological Naga (dragon-headed serpent) staircase, with 290 steps leading up to the temple grounds.
Transfer to hotel and followed by an afternoon at leisure to wander independently in Chiang Mai.

In the early morning, Hot Air Balloon Flight : Once in a life time, a deep breath taking of fresh air and sightseeing of the blue sky over the green field definitely bring you all the best moments and memories. Only 4 people shall be flying in one balloon, observing and experiencing closely, face to face with our Pilot.

Visit Sankampang Street, center of handicrafts, for on-site demonstrations on how the silk, lacquer, silver, wood and bronze wares are made. Later, visit the world’s largest gem factory, to watch while the gem stones are cut and set. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Enjoy with Thai Traditional Folk dance Dinner, customary of northern Thai style and food is served family-style on large platters at low table while guests relax on floor mats. Entertainment includes performances that highlight the culture and traditions of this rich and diverse country, including dance and music from members of various hilltribes.

Breakfast. In the morning, departure to visit an elephant camp, located in the forest. You can attend the morning bath of the elephants in the river, and then admire the show of these huge behemoths that are working by routing trunks of giant trees. Optional tour ; ride an elephant for about 40 minutes. ( pay on site ) = 30 USD$ /pax. Continue to visit a farm of orchids. You’ll find thousands varieties of beautiful and fragile flowers that grow here peacefully.
